Performance Marketing and Analytics Manager (Part-Time)
TRNK, the online destination for cultivated living, is looking for strategic-minded performance marketing consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder to redesign our lead generation, conversion, and retention funnels across all consumer marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Implement new lead capture and email automation strategy, including the onboarding of new software.
- Design ad strategy and manage paid digital marketing programs across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and others.
- Design organic social media strategy to drive increased engagement and follower growth across Instagram and Pinterest.
- Create analytics dashboard and cross-channel reports, including hindsighting analysis.
- Advise on other paid marketing initiatives, including direct mail and influencer marketing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years work experience, preferably at small to mid-sized ecommerce company.
- Proficiency in ESP and digital marketing software, including onboarding processes.
- Able to multi-task and meet shifting deadlines.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, willing to roll up your sleeves, and able to troubleshoot to get the job done.

Showroom Sales Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Founder and Sales Director to develop new business and increase retention across out client base of interior designers and architects.
Responsibilities
- Host sales appointments and walk-ins in our Tribeca, NYC showroom
- Respond to customer inquiries, including product questions, quote requests, order status updates, etc.
- Nature sales opportunities to close through in-person, phone, and online engagement.
- Assist with showroom events, including coordination / event production.
- Assist with in-store social media content creation.
Qualifications
- College student or recent graduate.
- 0-2 years work experience in retail/e-commerce operations.
- Must be available 3+ days per week to work from our NYC showroom (some weekends and evenings required)
- Self-starter and “doer” mentality.
- Articulate in all written and oral communication.
- Extremely organized and strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and meet shifting deadlines.

Showroom Operations Associate (Part-Time)

Responsibilities
- Manage showroom facilities, including supplies, cleaning/maintenance staff.
- Manage inventory, including new product receiving, labeling, organization, etc.
- Pack and ship online orders that require fulfillment from NYC showroom.
- Work collaboratively with design team to manage visual merchandising, including seasonal floor rotations.
- Assist with showroom events, including coordination / event production.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years work experience in retail/e-commerce operations.
- Must be available 3+ days per week to work from our NYC showroom (some weekends and evenings required)
- Requires some heavy lifting

Responsibilities
- Establish divisional sales goals and develop new business to meet sales goals.
- Manage selling relationship (outside sales presentations, showroom appointments, quoting, etc.) for large-scale architecture and designer clients.
- Research and implement global wholesale/dealer strategy.
- Develop and manage global trade show strategy.
- Strategy, reporting, and analytics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years architecture and design sales experience, with proven track record of meeting sales goal and strong network of existing clients.
- Strong oral and written communication strategy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Interior Design or Architecture Degree (Retail experience preferred).

This is a great role for a recent graduate who’s interested in product and textile design. The role requires a commitment of 5-10 hours a week and would be mostly remote.

- Design for upholstery fabric, textile accessories, bedding, and rugs.
- Production of tech packs and schematics for fabricators.
- Product inspiration research and materials sourcing.

- Textile design degree.

Responsibilities
- Design, production, and copywriting for social media and email marketing assets.
- Design and production for digital catalogs, print materials, and packaging.
- Web merchandising (home page management, look order, etc.)
- Assistance with photo shoot planning and execution.
- Image editing, retouching and uploading for online product creation
- As-needed support for various merchandising and editorial projects.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, and InDesign (AutoCAD and 3D Modeling a plus).

This is a great role for a recent graduate who’s interested in product and industrial design, who is skilled at Rhino, Solidworks and AutoCAD. The role requires a commitment of 25-40 hours a week and would be located in our Soho studio.
Responsibilities
- 3D renderings for new product designs (across furniture, rugs and textiles)
- 3D renderings for custom client projects
- Production of tech packs and schematics for fabricators and clients
- Assistance with showroom space planning and design
- Image post-production for online store and catalog
- Product inspiration research and materials sourcing
