Tufted from fine, 100% New Zealand wool yarns, each rug highlights the fiber’s natural beauty through subtle tonal and textural variations. Finely spun yarns catch the light with a soft, luminous quality that gently shifts with movement.
Responsibly sourced and expertly crafted in Portugal by a decades-old purveyor, each rug is hand-finished to ensure exceptional quality. Due to the natural characteristics of wool, slight color variation may occur. This material will also show footprints and tracking, and some shedding is expected during the first few months of use. This item ships parcel via UPS or FedEx Ground. However, larger quantities may ship using one of our trusted freight carriers, for which a delivery appointment will need to be scheduled. A signature is required for packages valued over $200.

Vacuuming: Use a quality vacuum cleaner (minimum 2000W) and vacuum in the direction of the pile.
Cleaning: Treat spills immediately. Do not rub. Avoid steam or high heat; use water no warmer than 86°F (30°C). For deep cleaning, consult a professional rug cleaner.
Maintenance: Rotate regularly for even wear and light exposure. Use furniture pads and lift—never drag—furniture to prevent indentations.
Storage: Vacuum before storing. Roll (do not fold), wrap securely, and store in a clean, dry space. Creases or waviness from rolling typically relax within one to two weeks once laid flat—avoid weights. If needed, reverse-roll around a tube for several days, then allow the rug to settle naturally.

Cleaning Instructions
Blot stains immediately by laying a towel over the affected area to absorb the moisture. Do not rub. In the case of serious stains, consult a professional carpet-cleaning company.
What does this mean?
"Estimated ship date" refers to the date in which the product leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional up to 7 additional business days for delivery to your residence.

Return Policy
We are able to accept returns on certain items, as messaged on the product detail page, located in the “Returns” section.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free! If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.
