Shipping Fees

Our products ship via parcel or freight carriers. Rates are assigned at checkout based on each item's required shipping method. 

Small packages will ship with a standard parcel carrier such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. A signature is required for packages valued over $200. Depending on the destination, transit times for parcel shipments typically range from 5-7 business days. 

Large or heavy pieces of furniture (ie, sofas, dining tables, armchairs) require shipping by one of our trusted freight carriers. Once your order is ready for delivery, the chosen freight carrier will reach out via phone or email to schedule a delivery appointment. Depending on the destination, transit timeframes for freight shipments are typically 1-3 weeks.

International Shipping

Our website facilitates the calculation of shipping fees within the continental United States. For international shipments, please get in touch with help@trnk-nyc.com.

Alternatively, clients may consider utilizing Hop Shop Go, a third-party service consolidating orders from across the United States for international shipping in a single, bulk package.

At TRNK, we strive to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase. While many of our products are custom-made to order and final sale, some items are eligible for return as noted directly on the product detail page.

 

Refundable Items:

May be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition.

If you choose to receive store credit, return shipping is free of charge. However, if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, calculated based on the item’s full retail price before any discounts or promotions.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.


Custom, Made-to-Order, Floor Sample, and Final Sale Items:

These items are final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation.

Damages & Product Quality Issues

File a Claim

If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please submit a claim within 48 business hours by completing the form linked above. If the shipping carton shows visible damage upon delivery, we ask that you refuse the shipment with the carrier and contact us immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery. If the damage is discovered after opening the package, please file your claim within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will follow up with further instructions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For your security, we require signatures on all packages valued over $200. We strongly recommend that you are present to receive your delivery.

Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage if you choose to waive the signature requirement with the shipping carrier. It is not our policy to replace packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.

To ensure safe delivery, we recommend having your order shipped to a secure location where someone is available to accept the package (such as an office building or a doorman building).
