Veil Pendant Tall
Veil Pendant Tall
L&G introduces Veil - a lighting collection designed for embracing moments of ephemeral presence. Taking inspiration from Eastern architecture’s sensibilities of warmth and lightness, Veil’s soft glow and collage of textures create an interplay of light, shadow, and pattern to provide an ambience of comfort and wonderment.
Veil employs a series of textile panels delicately draped over an elemental wooded framework - setting up a series of collaged soft textures and forms. When illuminated, a concealed internal light source further articulates this dynamic interplay through shadows, highlights, and diffusion. This complex effect achieved by simple means reflects L&G's desire to expose the genuine richness imbued in honest, natural materials. The studio views this as a means for nudging the definition of elevated design towards a more nuanced, mindful, and sensitive approach to craft and formgiving.
