Return Policy
We are able to accept returns on certain items, as messaged on the product detail page, located in the “Returns” section.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free! If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.

What is your return policy?
Return eligibility varies by product and is messaged on each product page, in the cart, and on your order receipt.
Items marked returnable may be returned in original, undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. If you elect store credit, return shipping is free and no restocking fee applies. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pamela Hanson is a world-renowned fashion photographer with over thirty years of experience. Her work is regularly featured in Vogue, Elle, Glamour, Porter, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, GQ, Fashion Book, InStyle, Town and Country, Telegraph Luxury, Stylist, Lula, Violet, Lady, and Teen Vogue. Her advertising clients include Est?e Lauder, Dior, Furla, Polo Ralph Lauren, J. Crew, Madewell, Esprit, Triumph, Victoria's Secret, and Reebok. Hanson has directed television commercials for Est?e Lauder, Elizabeth and James, Avon, Warby Parker, L'Or?al, Johnson & Johnson, Charlotte Ronson, Stride Rite, Lubriderm, and the CFDA. She received an award from the Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) for her "Family Stories" documentary, a collaboration with The Partnership at Drugfree.org.
