Return Policy
We are able to accept returns on certain items, as messaged on the product detail page, located in the “Returns” section.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free! If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.

Parcel: Smaller items shipping via common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, DHL). Signature is required for packages valued over $200.
Freight: For large or fragile items shipping with one of our trusted freight carriers. All deliveries to residencies include room-of-choice delivery with packaging removal. Delivery appointment required.

Shipping in the US
Shipping fees are calculated per item as a percentage of the item’s Regular Retail Price (the price before any discounts are applied) and vary based on shipping origin. All shipping fees are inclusive of customs, tariffs, duties, etc.

What is your return policy?
Return eligibility varies by product and is messaged on each product page, in the cart, and on your order receipt.
Items marked returnable may be returned in original, undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. If you elect store credit, return shipping is free and no restocking fee applies. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Drawing inspiration from the sunken living rooms of the 1970s, the Maura Modular series features TRNK Collection’s lowest-slung, most plush sit. The series consists of modular components that can be reconfigured as your needs and desires evolve. Tailored welt detailing hugs its curved, sculptural forms, and the 7” down-wrapped cushions create the rich comfort of an intimate lounge in any space.
Like all of our TRNK Collection upholstered seating, the Maura Modular series combines a refined sensibility and fine materials with the enduring qualities of American manufacturing. Each piece features down-wrapped, high-density foam seat cushions for maximum comfort, an uncompromising wood frame - CAD-engineered to last a lifetime, and a contract-grade contract-grade monofilament webbed suspension system.

Frame: TRNK Collection frames are constructed of CNC-engineered kiln-dried plywood. Interlocking mortise and tenon joints and reinforcing corner blocks ensure strength and stability.
Suspension: A high-strength polyester monofilament webbing suspension allows for a plush sit.
Seat Cushions: Feather-blend wrapped, high-resiliency foam (2.0 ILD) seat cushions allow for enduring buoyancy even after years of heavy use.

Unless noted that item is in original packaging, all items are unpacked. TRNK recommends bringing furniture blankets or other packing materials for Sample Sale Pick ups.
