Return Policy
We are able to accept returns on certain items, as messaged on the product detail page, located in the “Returns” section.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free! If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.

Shipping in the US
Shipping fees are calculated per item as a percentage of the item’s Regular Retail Price (the price before any discounts are applied) and vary based on shipping origin. All shipping fees are inclusive of customs, tariffs, duties, etc.

What is your return policy?
Return eligibility varies by product and is messaged on each product page, in the cart, and on your order receipt.
Items marked returnable may be returned in original, undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. If you elect store credit, return shipping is free and no restocking fee applies. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A grand gesture to grace public and private spaces, the Howard Chandeliers warmth, strength and subtlety is Space Copenhagens distinctly Scandinavian celebration of New Yorks industrial palette. Abundant with material and atmospheric references from the SoHo location of the Howard Hotel, for which they were originally designed, they exude a warm, tactile feel.
Four long, slender, octopus arms provide a modern and sophisticated shape, while the gunmetal brass shades with a brushed brass interior lend an industrial and functional aesthetic. For a more gentle effect, a bone china shade providing softer, more glowing ambient light can also be selected. The carefully crafted Howard Chandelier is the centrepiece of the Howard Collection which can be combined to create a highly coherent atmosphere in the home, hotel or boardroom.
