Tufted from eco-friendly TENCEL™ fibers, our Botanical Silk rugs offer the look and feel of silk with a softer, more durable hand. The surface is smooth and plush, catching light with a subtle sheen and a velvety finish.
Botanical Silk is sourced from responsibly managed forests and produced using 99.8% recycled solvents. It is EU Ecolabel–certified and naturally antibacterial. Subtle color variation, visible footprints, and light tracking are natural characteristics of the fiber. Some shedding is expected during the first few months of use. This item ships parcel via UPS or FedEx Ground. However, larger quantities may ship using one of our trusted freight carriers, for which a delivery appointment will need to be scheduled. A signature is required for packages valued over $200.

Vacuuming: Use a quality vacuum cleaner (minimum 2000W) and vacuum in the direction of the pile.
Cleaning: Treat spills immediately. Do not rub. Avoid steam or high heat; use injection-extraction method with low temperatures and low pressure. For deep cleaning, consult a professional rug cleaner.
Maintenance: Rotate regularly for even wear and light exposure. Use furniture pads and lift—never drag—furniture to prevent indentations.
Storage: Vacuum before storing. Roll (do not fold), wrap securely, and store in a clean, dry space. Creases or waviness from rolling typically relax within one to two weeks once laid flat—avoid weights. If needed, reverse-roll around a tube for several days, then allow the rug to settle naturally.

Cleaning Instructions
Blot stains immediately by laying a towel over the affected area to absorb the moisture. Do not rub. In the case of serious stains, consult a professional carpet-cleaning company.

"Estimated ship date" refers to the date in which the product leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional up to 7 additional business days for delivery to your residence.

Return Policy
We are able to accept returns on certain items, as messaged on the product detail page, located in the “Returns” section.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free! If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.
